Philosophy

Provide high quality hair and makeup services in a friendly salon atmosphere that promotes self-confidence for both employees and clients. We want to develop professional relationships that satisfy the style needs of the client. Referrals are the best gratuity we could receive. A client referral replaces a gratuity in a way that validates our art, education and creativity; it is for this reason we are a no tipping salon. Trisha’s Salon works to expand our horizons to give our clients the best service possible.

POLICIES
Our policies are in place for the safety of our clients and employees, and to create a positive salon atmosphere.

Out of respect for clients who come here to relax, and the safety of your family members around salon equipment, please arrange alternate childcare for any child who is not here for an appointment.

We appreciate that you have a busy schedule. However, if for any reason you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, our stylists reserve the right to reschedule the appointment. This will avoid inconveniences to other clients and our staff members.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair color please address the issue within 48 hours. We want the opportunity to make it right. When you notify us of the issue, please schedule a corrective appointment at that time.

We are happy to accept personal checks as a form of payment. However, returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Your service fees are relative to the styles that you request. Changes in style/color can and most likely will result in increased service fees.
